Please register to vote for the 2024 JIB/S-JIB Pay Claim

The JIB wage negotiations between Unite and the employers association the ECA conclude in May 2023. Shortly after the ECA will write to Unite, as the only union with recognition in the JIB Electrical Contracting Industry Agreement, outlining the full and final offer for wages and conditions for 2024 and beyond.

The electricians representing you on these talks will then form the recommendations for this offer to go out to all electricians employed under JIB and SJIB terms and conditions, in the form of a ballot to accept or reject the offer. This will be for union members to decide.
