Unite in Health guidance, advice and Frequently Asked Question (FAQs)

At the time of writing, the only sectors of the economy where mandatory vaccination has been implemented are for workers and employees deployed in social care. Regulations are due to come into force for employees deployed in the health sector and the NHS.

This guidance focuses on workers and employees in the NHS and is written for Unite the union members working in the health sector, though some of this guidance may apply to workers and employees working elsewhere.
