Sharp rise in ‘hidden’ lorry driver deaths results in calls for urgent reforms

Current driving rules require drivers to take a minimum of 45 hours rest every week. Current EU proposals will reduce this resulting in drivers being even more fatigued which will result in deaths and accidents further increasing.
