You now need ID to vote

In 2022 the Conservatives brought in a law (Elections Act 2022) which means you need identification (ID) when you vote at a polling station.

You will need to take ID with you at the Local Elections in May (2023) and at General Elections after that.  Or use a postal vote because voting by post does not need ID.

SPREAD THE WORD

It is really important that people know about this change and that people are prepared. Voter fraud is low in proportion to the number of people who cast their votes.  Yet, this is a huge change to the way we vote and will be a barrier to people without ID and those who do not know about the changes.

Share the Unite short film so that people don’t let No ID mean No Vote.
