LGBT History Month 2016

LGBT HM 2016 banner

February is LGBT History Month. Our time to celebrate the achievements of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people in the workplace and in society.

This year Unite will mark LGBT History Month by celebrating LGBT trade union activism as we campaign against the hated Trade Union Bill.

The Tory's Trade Union Bill is a threat to all of our rights at work. LGBT rights are under threat because union rep facility time is under threat. The incredible strides that have been made in the struggle for equality at work could be at risk, unless we speak out.

Now more than ever we need to hear from YOU.

Please use the form below to share your stories of what Unite has done for you as a LGBT person and why opposing the TU Bill matters.

We will use your stories to spread the word about the importance of LGBT trade union activism throughout the month. Help us celebrate!
