You are a member of Unite, the UK’s largest
trade union. Together we stand up for equality for all. United we
advance our members' interests politically and in the industries we
all work in.
In economically difficult times, there is a
real need for trade unions to protect working people. It was
created to meet the great challenges facing working people in the
21st century and is a democratic and campaigning union. We fight
back for employees in the workplace and are taking trade unionism
out to millions of unorganised workers.
Your support as a unite member is vital. Your
views are important. That's why you've got a great opportunity to
share your thoughts and concerns about the country and the
economy.
We regularly meet Government ministers at the
highest levels to press the issues that matter to you. The Labour
Party policy has changed which means that now Unite has a greater
say into how future policies are shaped.

to ensure that the Government listens and delivers on the matters
that concern you.
