employees also be organised?

a workplace representative for information and advice on issues
like these and any work-related matter. If necessary, full time
officers and specialists in such areas as pensions, health and
safety and employment law can be consulted, at no additional cost
to the member. If you’re still a non-member, imagine the
difficulties you would have with a serious issue such as a
