• Performance appraisal survey

  We are conducting a survey on the use and application of Performance Management in key companies in the Unite IT and Communications Sector. The survey will also help identify the incidence of Forced Ranking of preformance and any discrimination in its use. We want to use the survey findings to help develop our approach on Performance Management and strengthen our organisation in the various companies. Please complete it by Thursday 30 September 2010. We will of course publish and circulate a summary of the survey results.
