NHS Employers - Time-Off and Facilities for Trade Union Reps
The parties on the NHS Staff Council have been
discussing how best to promote local partnership working. In
developing local arrangements, employers should be aware of good
practice relating to time off and facilities that is set out in
section 25 of the NHS Terms and Conditions of Service
Handbook. This includes principles designed to maximise staff
