Esher Place has recognised that the quality and standard of the venue’s environment plays a major role in ensuring a positive outcome for any event and continues to invest in providing first class facilities for delegates whether attending UK, EU or International conferences and meetings.
There are seven conference rooms which accommodate between 2 and 120 delegates in various layout styles. Considerate design has provided practical and functional spaces which can be enlarged, reduced or subdivided for syndicate use via acoustically shielded walls. All rooms feature adjustable lighting, natural daylight, adjustable heating and most have air conditioning.
Delegates are provided with comfortable conference furniture, writing pads and pens, boiled sweets and mints and a water station with fruit cordials. An unlimited supply of hot beverages is available throughout the day in our main lounge. To ensure that presentation media can be displayed in a professional manner, all rooms have modern audio visual facilities along with knowledgeable conference staff who are able to assist with technical requirements on the day. For European and International events our specialist AV partners are able to provide interpreters for any language, a dedicated technician and translation equipment such as booths, headsets and microphones.
