Unite has concluded a two year deal for 2014/15 and 2015/16.
Year 1 (2014/15) – An unconsolidated lump sum payment of 3% (Resulting in increase to salary of £737.13).
Year 2 - A consolidated lump sum payment of 3% (£737.13). 3% would also be applied to overtime and training hourly rates.
This increase incorporates the introduction of a mobile solution in the collection of survey data.
Unite has also asked TFL to extend the benefits of the "MyTFL" retail discount scheme for staff to retired members and TFL pensioners.
