London Underground call for urgent ACAS talks in dispute over breakdown of industrial relations

London Undeground have asked ACAS to intervene and have called for urgent talks to avert a total shut down of the London Underground.

Talks are being organised for next Tuesday 30th June and Wednesday 1st July.

Unite is in dispute over a total breakdown in industrial relations over pay and rostering arrangements for night tube working, use of contractors, agency and non permanent labour and the undermining of collective bargaining rights for staff affected by the ticket office closure programme

Unite's ballot result is due on June 30th.

A rally open to all London Underground members has been organised to coincide with the industrial action ballot results on Tuesday 30th June.
