I will be travelling to Manchester with colleagues from my workplace to tell Jeremy Hunt and this Tory government to keep their hands off our NHS. We work at the George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust Nuneaton, you may have heard about the Trust in the media lately, we are currently in “special measures” and the Trust has embarked on a journey to seek a partner to pursue FT status. That process could lead to a private sector organisation taking over the running of the Trust.
We are campaigning with the community for an NHS solution to an NHS issue so our message in Manchester is clear “Patients Health not Shareholders Wealth”. We hope to see you all in Manchester to tell these Tories, enough is enough get your hands of OUR NHS.
