Welcome to Unite, the trade union for finance workers within Lloyds Banking Group.
Unite has signed a new recognition agreement with LBG which means you will now be better represented in the workplace than ever before. To find out what it means for you - read the full announcement here.
Being in a union gives you and your colleagues a strong collective voice within Lloyds. Everyone benefits when we stand together. That’s what being in a trade union is all about.
Unite is an active, member-led union. Your elected workplace representatives will represent you when you need them and take a stand on the issues that matter, from unpaid overtime to stressful working conditions and unmanageable workloads.
Unite organises across the UK banking and insurance industries. As the largest finance sector trade union in Europe, Unite connects you to colleagues standing up for change across this global industry.
Remember, Unite can only represent you if you are a member.
Members can login for more information on local workplace reps, campaign resources and membership benefits such as free education courses, free legal advice and many discounted services.
