Unite Construction, Allied Trades and Technicians

Unite is now the sole or joint signatory union to every significant national collective agreement across the whole of the UK construction industry and also throughout the construction products supply chain.

Our extensive network of shop stewards, safety reps, activists, members and full time officers are actively campaigning to improve the pay and conditions of all UK based construction workers.

At the heart of our industrial activity is the core policy that Unite wants to see - all construction workers directly employed under the terms and conditions of the collective agreement relevant to their trade.
