Organisers and organisers in training

Fighting back for workers, Unite is taking Trade Unionism into the tens of thousands of unorganised workplaces in Britain and Ireland. Working from Organising Units in the Union’s 10 Regions, each headed by a Senior Organiser, the Organisers work as a team in a National Organising Structure, led by Unite’s National Organising and Leverage Department. It is hard work in sometimes tough circumstances. But there will never be a better opportunity for those who want to make a difference.
