15 years unjustly imprisoned

September will mark the 15th anniversary of the unjust imprisonment in the US of the Miami Five. Cuba Solidarity Campaign has organised a vigil to mark the occasion and maintain the growing pressure for their release.

With special guests from Cuba young trade unionists and solidarity activists Yamil Eduardo Martinez and Yudith Camps Alejo and readings, poetry and music plus other speakers from the labour movement, Latin America and celebrity supporters of the Miami Five.

Speakers include Len McCluskey of Unite, Jeremy Corbyn MP, Kay Carberry (TUC AGS), Paul Kenny (GMB), Bob Crow (RMT), Steve Gillan (POA), Manuel Cortes (TSSA), Mick Whelan (ASLEF), Father Geoff Bottoms (CSC), Andy de la Tour (actor), Tony Woodley (Unite executive officer and CSC patron) and more.
